Creative Voices classes

In order to explore their voices and their potential to communicate ideas clearly and powerfully, children require tools and practice. Creative Voices is designed to help developing minds connect ideas and feelings to the words they speak.

Students will learn to:

  • Greet and interact online with peers and adults

  • Organize ideas with creativity and clarity

  • Work together to bring stories to life

  • Use both face and body to communicate

  • Use their imaginations to generate new ideas

Private Classes

Superior communication skills ensure success. For over 30 years, BASA has been helping young people to develop those skills. Using literature to hone speaking proficiency, develop critical thinking, and improve writing skills, our classes are tailored to the needs of individual students. Our program prepares students for success in all types of environments, from interviews and school projects to speeches, debates, performances, networking, and life.

Grades: K – 12
Class Length: 25 minutes of instructional time
Tuition Rate: Varies by the teacher. Starts at $81.50 per session.

Students cover a spectrum of skills, including:

  • Clarity, volume, and projection

  • Body language and facial expression

  • Greetings and conversation skills

  • Creative and persuasive writing

  • Critical thinking and decision-making

  • Presentation and communication skills

Class Format: private classes are “hybrid” by default, which means they can be either online or in person depending on the client's preference. If either the student or teacher are symptomatic, the class will be required to be online.
